"Originality consists in returning to the origin." - Gaudi

Wait... somebody out there is proposing that Catalonian hearers consider an analogy between The Claw and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia? Oh, yeah. That would be Bono.

Huh. The very front? Those tentacle-like things at the entrance?

Lemme try that again with an html tag. Look at the tentacles at the entrance.

Huh. Well, that's interesting. Perhaps there is really something to the connection, other than just massive scale?

Actually, perhaps even a better link: the interior columns.

Can't help thinking about Bono in the Fordham concert on GMA gesturing upward with his microphone during the intro to "Magnificent" as he asks the crowd, "How do you like our new direction?" (which, as we know, isn't new at all--just really obvious this time around). Or maybe maybe Bono referencing the Milan cathedral before "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" during the Vertigo concert there? At any rate, looks like the stage setup should enhance our experiences of the transcendent during our upcoming concert pligrimages.

So Steve, you're saying we already had the Vertigo tour and now we're getting the Vertical tour? ;D

(sorry)

Hi there!

You might be interested in an online auction that Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Canada is currently holding. The funds raised from the month-long auction go towards cancer research. A framed U2 autographed guitar is one of the amazing items up for bid.
