U2: Together at the Top

This is not exactly theological, but certainly has applications for spiritual and for any other kind of communities. An undated article called U2: Together at the Top from leadership organization GiANT Impact talks about how U2's "we before me" attitude, longterm covenant to stay together, and other factors have made their longevity and continuing influence possible.

I did - but to me it paled in comparison to Dan Kennedy's recent McSweeney's comedy piece about the stage, which is the best satire of U2 I've seen in non-fan media.
